necessary when working with biodiversity data. 'APCalign' uses
the Australian Plant Census (APC) and the Australian Plant Name
Index (APNI) to align and update plant taxon names to current,
accepted standards. 'APCalign' also supplies information about
the establishment status (i.e. native or introduced) of plant
taxa across different states/territories.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/traitecoevo/actions/runs/38531003027</link><pubDate>Wed, 14 Oct 2026 06:35:18 GMT</pubDate><r:package>APCalign</r:package><r:version>2.0.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://traitecoevo.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/traitecoevo/APCalign</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>APCalign.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>APCalign.html</r:filename><r:title>APCalign</r:title><r:created>2023-08-01 04:28:32</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-09 03:53:31</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>updating-taxon-names.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>updating-taxon-names.html</r:filename><r:title>Methods for updating taxon names in APCalign</r:title><r:created>2023-09-08 10:34:35</r:created><r:modified>2026-03-26 04:33:59</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
